Wesley Walters
Lead Fiduciary
At Atlas Fiduciary Services, Wesley leverages his unique combination of financial acumen, institutional banking leadership, and legal estate design to serve as a premier professional trustee. His background allows him to manage complex trust assets, oversee intricate inheritance distributions, and protect client wealth from misappropriation. Personally, Wes is an avid sports fan who enjoys traveling with his wife, Erika, and their two beautiful daughters.
Wes brings a sophisticated blend of financial expertise, institutional banking leadership, and advanced estate strategy to Atlas Trustee Services. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Finance from Colorado State University.
Prior to leading Atlas, Wesley built an extensive career in personal and commercial finance, mastering the complexities of asset management, regulatory compliance, and fiscal oversight. Notably, he served as Vice President of Operations for Native American Bank, where he managed large-scale financial operations and risk management systems. Following his banking career, he launched Growth Phase, a consultancy where he guided small and mid-sized businesses through complex financial restructuring and scalable operational strategies.
Most recently, Wesley spent over two years serving as the President of Operations at Walters Law, working alongside his wife, Erika. In this role, he worked extensively on the front lines of estate planning— analyzing complex Trusts and Wills. This experience gave him an in-depth, comprehensive knowledge of how estate plans are structured from a legal perspective, perfectly bridging the gap between technical money management and estate execution.
