Our Fees
Many clients designate Atlas as a successor fiduciary within their estate plans. We stand ready to provide professional, personalized, and dedicated oversight when needed. Distinct from traditional models, we do not charge a percentage of assets under management. Our client-focused approach utilizes a transparent hourly fee structure, supplemented by modest initial engagement fees at the start of our services.

Annual fiduciary review to ensure we are prepared and ready to serve according to your wishes.
Personal Representative
$750 Initial Fee+ Hourly Rate
Fees activate upon death or incapacity. At activation, review fees end and hourly rates apply.
Agent Under Power
$500 Initial Fee + Hourly Rate
Initial fee will be billed before the first agent duty is completed and hourly billing will occur moving forwards.
Trusted Trustee Care
$1,500+Hourly Rate
Professional services provided upon activation for trustee duties to ensure compliance and care.
Bill Payment Support
By Complexity
Bill payment services will be quoted and adjusted case-by-case based on account complexity.
EXTRAORDINARY SErvICES
Billed at Applicable Hourly Rates
Special projects include business administration, real estate transactions,, court appearances, digital assets, family meetings, international assets, and estate sale management as needed. We also provide a unique Trustee/Agent concierge service where will help existing Trustee's and Agent's navigate difficult and time consuming situations.
Understanding Fiduciary Expenses
Who covers out-of-pocket expenses?
Clients are responsible for reasonable expenses including filing fees, recording, postage, travel, appraisals, tax prep, investment advisors, insurance, and third-party professional fees.
What qualifies as an extraordinary service?
These include complex matters like international assets, beneficiary disputes, or mineral and oil interests that require specialized attention outside of standard fiduciary tasks.
How does billing change once a service is activated?
When Atlas is called to serve due to death or incapacity, the annual readiness review fees cease, and active service fees begin at our transparent, professional hourly rates.
